Bright, grassy, and beautifully balanced, VERDE Portuguese Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an award-winning, single-estate oil from the rugged hills of Trás-os-Montes in northeastern Portugal. A traditional blend of four native Portuguese olive varieties—Cobrançosa, Madural, Cordovil, and Verdeal—it delivers layers of fresh, herbaceous flavor with a clean, balanced finish.
VERDE is produced by Joaquim Moreira, who returned to Portugal's countryside after a career in the fashion industry. His farm is 100% organic, with native sheep grazing among the olive trees to naturally fertilize the soil. The result is an exceptional olive oil recognized among Portugal's finest and awarded a Gold Medal at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.
Expect fresh aromas of tomato leaf, green apple, cut grass, and herbs. Drizzle over fresh pasta, tomato salads, burrata, grilled bread, vegetables, or anywhere you want a vibrant finishing touch.
Each Wildly Virgin olive oil comes from one producer, one grove, and one harvest. Quantities are limited and refreshed annually.
