The Niche&Co. Online Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review the guidelines below before sending an item back.
1. Return Window & Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery

Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags/parts included.

A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Customer pays return shipping for all accepted returns
- All returns must be pre-approved. Email inspire@thenichecompany.com within 14 days of delivery to request authorization. Returns without approval will not be refunded.
2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned or refunded.

All large furniture Items are FINAL SALE
- All artwork is FINAL SALE

Custom, personalized, or special orders are FINAL SALE

Seasonal or holiday merchandise after the holiday date are Non-returnable

Opened candles, diffusers, room sprays, bath/beauty, or food products are non-returnable

Gift cards
⚠️ Items shipped back outside of these requirements will not be refunded or returned to sender.
3. Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee will apply to the following categories if returned:

All Lighting
-
All Rugs
- All Oversized items (as indicated on the product page)
4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Report any shipping damage, defect, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing inspire@thenichecompany.com with photos of the product and packaging.

Keep all packaging materials until we confirm next steps. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
6. Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Delivery/pickup fees are non-refundable.
