Refund policy

The Niche&Co. Online Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review the guidelines below before sending an item back.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery 

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags/parts included.

  • A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

  • Customer pays return shipping for all accepted returns
  • All returns must be pre-approved. Email inspire@thenichecompany.com within 14 days of delivery to request authorization. Returns without approval will not be refunded.

2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All large furniture Items are FINAL SALE 

  • All artwork is FINAL SALE 
  • Custom, personalized, or special orders are FINAL SALE

  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise after the holiday date are Non-returnable

  • Opened candles, diffusers, room sprays, bath/beauty, or food products are non-returnable

  • Gift cards

⚠️ Items shipped back outside of these requirements will not be refunded or returned to sender.

3. Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee will apply to the following categories if returned:

  • All Lighting

  • All Rugs

  • All Oversized items (as indicated on the product page) 

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Report any shipping damage, defect, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing inspire@thenichecompany.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Keep all packaging materials until we confirm next steps. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

6. Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

  • Delivery/pickup fees are non-refundable.
