Smooth, buttery, and beautifully fruit-forward, DOCE Portuguese Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an approachable everyday oil with exceptional provenance. Made exclusively from Galega—one of Portugal’s oldest and most beloved native olive varieties—it offers delicate notes of pear, banana, cinnamon, and almond.
DOCE is produced by fourth-generation grower Bernardo Marchante on his family estate in Alentejo, Portugal. While many producers have moved toward higher-yielding olive varieties, Bernardo continues cultivating the increasingly rare Galega olive for its distinctive flavor and character.
Certified organic and exceptionally low in acidity, DOCE is mild and versatile enough for everyday cooking while flavorful enough to enjoy straight from the bottle. Drizzle it over fresh bread, grilled fish, poached eggs, vegetables, or even blend it into smoothies.
Each Wildly Virgin olive oil comes from one producer, one grove, and one harvest—never blended. Quantities are limited and refreshed with each annual harvest.
