Description
The Spruce Goose Premium Series Metal Earth 3D Metal Model Kit is a fun and challenging way to recreate the legendary aircraft that was designed and built by Howard Hughes during World War II. The Spruce Goose, also known as the Hughes H-4 Hercules, was the largest flying boat ever built and had the largest wingspan of any aircraft in history. It made only one brief flight in 1947 and is now on display at the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in Oregon.
The kit includes 111 unique building pieces that are made from flat sheets of metal. You build this model using tabs and holes, without any glue or solder.
The assembled size of the model is 12.6 inches long, 8.5 inches wide, and 3.8 inches high, making it a perfect display piece for your home or office. You will be proud to show off your museum quality model of the Spruce Goose, the ultimate symbol of American ingenuity and ambition. Order your kit today and enjoy the thrill of building this historic aircraft.
